From large commercial slabs to small residential footings, Blalock Ready Mix has the solution for all your concrete pumping needs. We offer three sizes of truck-mounted boom pumps: 34 meter, 39 meter, and 45 meter. Each pump comes equipped with additional tip hose and reducer pipe to ensure a proper match for your job conditions. On request, we can also provide additional pipe and hose systems or a rotary spider distributor to extend the reach of our pumps well beyond the boom length. We can even bypass our booms and connect pipe systems directly to our pumps for applications where 5” pipe diameters are needed but boom placement is not feasible.
At Blalock Ready Mix, we understand that any quality pumping jobs starts with a quality pump. All Blalock Ready Mix pumps are top-quality Schwing units that are inspected annually by factory-trained technicians to ensure quality and safety. We also have several highly-trained mechanics on staff equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment to keep your job running smoothly. For cold-weather pours, we store all of our pumps in a climate-controlled shop to eliminate the risk of downtime due to frozen hydraulic systems.
Our commitment to quality extends to our operators as well. All of our operators undergo extensive on-the-job training in pump maintenance and operation as well as customer service. In addition, our operators are former concrete mixer drivers who understand requirements and dynamics of quality concrete. We also strongly encourage American Concrete Pumping Association certification among our operators and currently have certified operators available for all pump sizes.
