In addition to large highway projects, Charles Blalock and Sons has completed numerous road projects for local municipalities.  These projects often present unique challenges, including smaller areas to work, heavy traffic congestion, and a heavy emphasis on public relations.  Our project management team understands these challenges and draws on years of experience to successfully coordinate and complete these projects.  From simple sidewalk reconstruction or repaving to full roadway construction or airport expansions, Charles Blalock and Sons is well equipped to complete any municipal transportation project.

We also offer road construction services for private developments, including commercial developments and residential subdivisions.  For these developments, our road construction crews can coordinate with our utility and concrete crews to construct not only streets but also the utilities, driveway connections, and sidewalks for each residence or tenant parcel.  We can also consult with local code enforcement to insure that your project meets the requirements for conversion to public streets once completed.
