Our Pumping and Conveying Services
Overview
Blalock Ready Mix has the solution for your concrete pumping needs. We offer three truck-mounted boom pumps in 38 and 45 meter lengths. Both 38 meter pumps are five-section z-boom configurations, allowing a more versatile setup to reaching into commercial buildings for placements. Pumps come equipped with additional tip hose and reducer pipe to ensure a proper match for your job conditions. On request, we can also provide additional pipe and hose systems or a rotary spider distributor to extend the reach of our pumps well beyond the boom length. We can even bypass our booms and connect pipe systems directly to our pumps for applications where five-inch pipe diameters are needed but boom placement is not feasible.
Slingers and Conveyors
For difficult to reach jobs, we offer two rock slinger conveyor trucks capable placing a stream of rock or soil up to 60-feet away from the truck, on grade. Trucks are commonly used for hard-to-reach backfilling applications and prepping subgrade for concrete slabs. Additionally, our skilled operators can control the slinger remotely, enabling precise placement in areas that might normally require a wheelbarrow or crane bucket. For ready mix applications, we offer mixer-mounted conveyors in lengths up to 52 feet. These conveyors are perfect for small, hard to reach placements such as pier holes and block fill.
Quality Hydroseeding Equipment
Hydroseeding is an efficient alternative to sowing dry seed. Our truck-mounted hydroseeder uses high-pressure pumps to apply water, seed, fertilizer, and mulch to finished sites. Mixes are custom designed for the site and growing season, and can be applied to both flat and sloping sites. A large 3,000 gallon capacity ensures a consistent mix with superior coverage

Our commitment to quality extends to our operators as well. All of our operators undergo extensive on-the-job training in pump maintenance and operation as well as customer service. In addition, our pump and conveyor operators are cross-trained across all equipment to ensure consistency and quality.

We also have several highly trained mechanics on staff equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment to keep your job running smoothly.
