Blalock Ready Mix Concrete

The original concrete producer in Sevier County, we’re proud to remain an industry leader 55 years later. Our team offers custom residential mixes formulated for ease of placement and superior durability—specially designed for residential footings, slabs, block fill, and walls, including insulated concrete form systems. We provide mixes for pumping applications from 2.5-inch line pumps to 5-inch pumps. Specialty offerings include exposed aggregate mixes and numerous integral and shake-on colors for custom decorative flat work.

Additionally, our quality control and technical services department is dedicated to providing hands-on process controls for each commercial and residential job—from custom mix designing to in-house testing and jobsite monitoring. Some of our advantages include:

•  A large local mixer fleet of both front and rear discharge mixers, as well as conveyor-equipped mixers
• GPS truck tracking, allowing real-time logistics analysis and dispatching changes

Pumping and Conveying

We have the solution for your residential concrete pumping needs, regardless of size or scope. We offer three truck-mounted boom pumps in 38 and 45 meter lengths. Both 38 meter pumps are five-section z-boom configurations, allowing a more versatile setup to reaching into projects for placements. For difficult to reach residential jobs, we offer two rock slinger conveyor trucks capable placing a stream of rock or soil up to 60-feet away from the truck, on grade. Trucks are commonly used for hard-to-reach backfilling applications and prepping subgrade for concrete slabs.
