Project Overview

Buc-ee’s Sevierville is the first major project in the 407 Gateway to Adventure development, located at Exit 407 in Sevier County, TN. The massive travel center features a 74,000 square foot store, 120 fuel pumps, a 250-foot-long car wash, and 24 Tesla Supercharger stations.

Charles Blalock and Sons provided all of the mass excavating and road construction for the 407 Gateway to Adventure development as well as fine site grading and utilities for Buc-ees. This mass excavation included blasting and recycling trench rock on site utilizing our mobile crushing equipment, allowing the aggregate to be stockpiled for future reuse. Additionally, Blalock Ready Mix provided nearly 22,000 cubic yards of concrete for tilt-up walls and parking lot slabs, utilizing a dedicated plant located adjacent to the site.
