Asphalt Production
Blalock is on the cutting edge of asphalt technology. We are the exclusive asphalt supplier for Sevier County, TN and have two DOT-approved production facilities in the county. One facility is located near downtown Sevierville, and the other is near I-40 at Exit 407, which is convenient to surrounding areas including Knoxville. Both are located adjacent to quarries to ensure a constant supply of aggregate for production.
Blalock operates asphalt plants in Cocke County in eastern Tennessee. Our production facility in Cocke county is positioned near the North Carolina state line and is NCDOT-approved. Our Newport, Tenn., facility is run in partnership with Newport Paving & Ready Mix.
Paving
With more than 50 years of experience in asphalt paving, we offer a complete suite of services including grading and base preparations, asphalt milling, paving, concrete curbing, and striping. Our turnkey solutions for grading and paving residential driveways use compact equipment designed for smaller jobs. While our large-scale paving equipment—including multiple sizes of milling machines and material transfer buggies— efficiently handles resurfacing and mainline paving jobs for parking lots and roadways.
